Civil Litigation Lawyer - Bristol A rare opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a renowned in-house legal team in Bristol at one of the UK's largest and leading insurance companies. In this position, you can expect to handle a varied caseload, including consumer contracts, professional negligence, and inheritance matters. This will involve progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner in line with the terms of the client's legal expenses insurance policy. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigation lawyer with a solid understanding of contract litigation and previous experience of managing small claims and fast track litigation matters. While it isn't essential, professional negligence or inheritance claims experience is desirable. Experience of handling Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims is desired but not mandatory.
