This practice is looking for a motivated Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their successful Commercial team based in Bolton. This close-knit team are known for their fantastic client service to local and national clients and the firm has become a household established name in the local Greater Manchester region. Duties and Responsibilities
This Civil Litigation Solicitor role offers a broad caseload including boundary disputes, debt recovery, resolving landlord building and tenancy matters, breaches of contract, consumer disputes and negligence claims. Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate must demonstrate: Self-Motivation Excellent organisational skills High-quality client management and relationship skills Working well as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity for a local solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE to assist in a spectrum of litigation issues and become an expert within the field.
