DOA We are actively seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to take on an existing caseload while actively seeking new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality legal advice and representation for our clients with minimal supervision. Main Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to: Landlord and tenant disputes. Contentious Probate matters. Commercial contracts and business disputes. Partnership disputes. Professional negligence. Property, building and boundary disputes. Debt claims. Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Be enthusiastic and hardworking. Be proactive and have an aptitude for business development. Have a suitable professional qualification. Have a proven track record of effectively running own caseload. Be able to work accurately, prioritise work and adhere to critical deadlines. Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Have in-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the areas of responsibility. Have strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients and engage with opposing parties. Be computer literate. This is a full-time role working 9am to 5.15pm in our Chichester office. We are offering a competitive salary to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability. Job Type:
