OVERVIEW: A new opportunity for an accomplished Civil Litigation Solicitor to join this growing team in a successful West Yorkshire law firm. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of litigation cases that will include employment, boundary and property disputes, contested trusts and probate, commercial and TOLATA matters. Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors with at least 1 year PQE in relevant areas of law. Recently qualified Solicitors with a strong background in civil litigation gained prior to and during your training contract are encouraged to apply. It is essential that you have a broad knowledge of civil litigation matters, strong drafting skills and experience handling a busy caseload.
