Civil Litigation Solicitor, Taunton Area
Are you an experienced Litigation solicitor or legal executive looking for your next career challenge? How would you like to join a very law professional firm with good structures and clear career paths?
You will have upwards of 3 years PQE and should be able to work as a stand-alone Litigation Solicitor, in charge of your own caseload.
Typical matters include:
Property litigation
Landlord and tenant disputes
Boundary disputes
Employment law matters (both claimant and respondent)
Civil matters generally
Some commercial litigation
You can take the caseload in whichever direction you choose to. You will be confident in your ability to work well under pressure, conducting matters in a professional manner, whilst providing a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
Applications from relocators will be considered; however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work within the Somerset region.
