Job Role: Site Manager (Water Industry)
Location: Leicester
Salary: 400 - 450 / day
About the role:
Our client, a leading contractor working with Severn Trent Water, is seeking a Site Manager on a contract basis. The role involves managing the daily operations of a wastewater treatment site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance. This position is inside IR35 and requires a strong leader with experience in the UK Water market.
Key responsibilities include:
Operational Management: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance. Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure CDM compliance. Team Leadership: Manage site staff and contractors, ensuring efficient 24/7 operations and adherence to safety protocols. Project Oversight: Coordinate on-site projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet environmental and regulatory standards. Submit performance and compliance reports. Maintenance: Manage maintenance schedules and equipment upkeep to minimise downtime. About you:
