RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or noncompliance issues.
Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Document and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
