My client is seeking an Associate Director / Director of Infrastructure and Drainage to help push boundaries, elevate innovation, and share your knowledge and insight across the team!

Responsibilities:
Have a proven record in client care/business development and maintain relationships as the principal contact for clients. Think at both strategic and detailed levels. Write Flood Risk Assessments and Sustainable Urban Drainage Strategies. Hold Chartered status or have aspirations towards seeking Chartered or an equivalent status. Possess full working knowledge of Microdrainage and AutoCAD. Prepare thoroughly and professionally represent the Company at project and public meetings. Build and maintain good client relationships to attract new and repeat business. Manage and motivate junior colleagues, assisting with their training and development. Exhibit strong communication skills and work effectively as part of a team and individually. Engage in technical report writing and consultation with stakeholders.
