First Task Professional are delighted to be working alongside a contractor who have several requirements for the delivery of major power transmission & distribution projects across Scotland over the next 5 years. The contractor have an excellent reputation for delivering projects from 10m-1bn+ across both the public and private sectors. They are currently seeking a Civils biased Construction Manager for the delivery of a major transmission line upgrade (100m+) in the highlands of Scotland. Why join them? Basic salary up to 80,000 DOE Generous subsistence package Company Car Private Healthcare, Enhanced pension and Holiday Entitlements What do they need? Support project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to achieve project goals. Lead Site Managers/Engineers to ensure safety and technical standards. Plan resources and manage daily site operations. Oversee subcontractors, quality control, and compliance with regulations. Deliver projects on time and within budget, tracking progress and benchmarks. Requirements Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering (preferred). APM Qualification (preferred). Full UK driving licence.
