We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Civils Site Manager

to join our client in Ipswich for a variety of exciting infrastructure and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and workers on-site. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Maintain effective communication with the project team, clients, and suppliers. Manage site documentation, including daily reports, health and safety records, and progress reports. Ensure that the work site is properly resourced and any potential risks are managed effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues, providing timely solutions. Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment usage. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within civil engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes, regulations, and safety standards. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.) is preferred. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. SMSTS and CSCS. What our client offers: Salary 50,000 - 55,000 and benefits package.
