Sub Agent

to join our Natural Resources team based close to our sites across the Thames Valley region. Due to the nature of work, we require a strong skillset and experience within Tier 1 Water and Civils frameworks. Location : within commutable distance to our sites across the Thames Valley and Reading region - presence on site will be required, but remote working may be available when possible. Sub Agent , you'll join Kier, who are a strategic partner to Thames Water Capital Frameworks. This work is on their sewage treatment Waste Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP), delivering programmes of work within non-infrastructure schemes like upgrades to wastewater treatment works. This will involve working on new and existing Infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-Infrastructure assets (above ground). Your day-to-day will include: Site incident management and escalation within prescribed timescales, along with implementation and monitoring of SHE policies and procedures for both direct and supply chain workforce. Planning and measuring day-to-day work activities for effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-term and contract programme milestones. Assisting with commercial forecasting on your schemes, ensuring robust control of actual costs, and participating in forecast reviews, final cost & value review with the commercial team. Identifying opportunities to increase value through effective change management, ensuring instructions are received and processed to realise a change to Target Cost as applicable.
