Join an internationally recognised leader in nuclear engineering who is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to join their innovative team. Renowned for their extensive industry experience, this organization specialises in delivering engineering and project management solutions that enhance the efficiency of complex infrastructure projects.. As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the durability and security of our nation’s critical facilities. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage documentation that supports Nuclear Infrastructure Design. Justify and oversee design changes and concessions. Effectively communicate design justifications to safety committees. Develop and maintain schedules for Examination, Inspection, Maintenance, and Testing. Provide expert technical advice to stakeholders. Conduct reviews to ensure compliance and maintain integrity. Qualifications & Experience HNC in Civil Engineering Basic health and safety training Training in nuclear safety case development Civil/Structural Engineering experience, preferably within the UK nuclear industry. Proficient in designing and assessing industrial and maritime structures. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards. Proficient in relevant design software and IT tools.
