Our client, a busy Solicitors based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in financial mis-selling and housing disrepair, is currently undergoing a period of substantial growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Claims Advisor to join our New Claims Team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include: Answering and making calls to potential clients Identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions Gathering client information and documentation Updating and maintaining client records Meeting set targets and KPIs Providing excellent customer service As a Claims Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients wishing to make a claim, and it is therefore important that you are comfortable working on the telephone. You will be responsible for identifying clients who will benefit from our services and gathering the information and documentation necessary to pass clients on to our Legal Team.

Your role is critical in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and that all opportunities are maximised. Full training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate will have a background in telephone sales within a legal context. We offer considerable support and provide a great working environment as well as good prospects for future development within the firm.

Competency Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience in a telephony capacity, key competencies include: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team Resilience and target driven Ability to work well under pressure Proven experience in a similar role Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Work Location: The successful candidate will be required to be situated in our City Centre Manchester office 5 days a week.
