Day to day of the role:
Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle complaints and solve problems efficiently. Liaise with insurance providers to manage claims effectively. Process insurance claims and handle renewals diligently. Perform general administrative tasks as required. Address customer queries with confidence and clarity. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work. Hardworking, dedicated, and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service. Confidence in handling phone calls and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Travel Insurance and Complaints Handling is advantageous. Benefits:
