Claims Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Executiveto join our thriving General Claims team. What does the role involve? The Claims Executive will deliver a high-quality efficient claims' service to our clients, and as an expert member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of claims including Corporate, Motor (fleet), Property, Liability, Cyber, Travel and D&O. This is a busy role with a high volume of work including claims related administrative tasks, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and offering support to the wider Broking team. You will also have responsibility for your own allocated clients and will deal with claims that arise all the way from notification to conclusion. Is this the role for you? We are looking for a candidate with some previous experience in a Claims team, dealing with Corporate or Commercial clients, and ideally ACII qualified or working towards. You will be a conscientious, professional person who enjoys a challenge and having responsibility for a variety of work. You will be able to prioritise your work using your initiative and effectively manage your time and workload. How will you make an impact? Efficiently manage the claims process regardless of claim size from end to end. Prepare and present claims reports. Gather and process information to ensure optimum results for clients. Meet with Clients on a regular basis to undertake claims reviews. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the claims process both internally and externally. Act as an advocate of the claims function in promptly handling and resolving all enquiries. Provide an understanding of general principle of insurance and claims management. Identification of claims trends and risk management. Contribution towards future projects to help evolve the claims service proposition.
