team, supporting the M25 London Orbital Motorway Project. This unique role offers an exciting opportunity to work on Europe’s busiest motorway, managing claims and contributing to the smooth operation and maintenance of this vital infrastructure. CPS is a joint venture between

Balfour Beatty, AtkinsRéalis, and Egis , responsible for operating and maintaining the M25. As the busiest motorway in Europe, the M25 requires meticulous planning and management to deliver over £100m of annual investment in infrastructure improvements, alongside planned and reactive maintenance activities. As a Claims Handler, you will play a pivotal role in managing and recovering costs associated with repairs and damages across the network. What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include: Managing claims efficiently to ensure timely progress and resolution. Handling claims and credit control in a target-driven environment. Collecting and processing information for various types of claims. Assisting with reimbursement processes for costs incurred by third parties (“red claims”). Recovering repair costs from third-party damages (“green claims”). Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Preparing documentation and correspondence to address claim details. Negotiating settlements with insurers and the public. Chasing outstanding invoices and reporting on claims progress. Responding promptly to claims-related queries. Meeting team targets while adhering to claims processes, policies, and regulations. Proposing and implementing process improvements, including LEAN practices. Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Background in credit control, administration, or claims management (preferably within highways services or insurance). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer literacy and administrative abilities. Why Work for Us
