You will handle cases through their complete lifecycle including everything from evidence gathering to negotiating the claim. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate: Previous claims handling experience; Attention to detail and excellent time management; Professional indemnity experience in a claims handling capacity or through assisting more senior fee earners with professional indemnity work; Some other transferable skill set – for instance, you may have gained experience in other areas such as commercial litigation, property litigation, financial mis-selling or debt recovery.
