You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Bournemouth offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:

Monthly and weekly KPI reporting against targets, including variance analysis. Collate data and information from multiple sources for stakeholder groups, committee’s and other mixed stakeholder meetings. Identify trends, risks and opportunities through analysis of claims and operational data. Produce ad hoc and routine analysis and visualisations, bringing to life the healthcare claims journey behind the data. Use Data Lake and Warehouse resources and dashboarding tools to improve the speed and efficiency of analysis and insight production. Contribute towards library or tools and resources of reporting. What you’ll bring:

Previous experience working in an analytics role, with a focus on benchmarking, business intelligence and analytical modelling. Competent in using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and in particular, Power BI and Databricks. Understanding of business intelligence concepts such as data modelling, data mining, segmentation. High aptitude for problem solving and route cause analysis. Ability to work under pressure in an agile environment. Competent in explaining data points, open to challenge and skilled in objection handling. Experience in healthcare and insurance industries is preferred. Degree in STEM subject or equivalent qualification in relevant field such as Business, Finance, Statistics would be advantageous. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. What we offer:
