LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a well-known hospital situated in Central London. With an excellent reputation for helping patients with complex and hard-to-treat conditions, this client is seeking a Claims Manager to take responsibility for the management of clinical negligence claims and personal injury claims brought against the hospital.
You will work under the guidance of the hospital’s legal team, with support from solicitors and barristers to investigate claims early, assess liability, and support clinical staff during the process.
This position is being offered on a temporary and ongoing basis initially, to start ASAP. There will be an opportunity to apply for a longer fixed-term contract role in the New Year.
Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Qualified to degree level, ideally in law/medical law
- Experienced in managing clinical negligence and personal injury claims – this position is not suitable for applicants who do not have this direct experience
- Able to commute to the office in Central London on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week
- Available on a 4-week notice period or less
- Happy with this being a temporary role initially
The salary for this role starts at £44,800 per annum. Please note this is non-negotiable.
