In this role you will support Claims Advocates across Financial Lines / D&O / Cyber / PI classes by providing high-quality claims services to clients and markets, ensuring that Key Client Outcomes are delivered to agreed service standards.
The aim is to develop the role into a client facing claims advocate. There will be lots of opportunity to learn and develop, conduct coverage reviews, wording evaluations, assessing RFP's et al.
You will also collaborate and assist the claims operations team.
Key skills and requirements
* 3 years minimum claims experience in Financial Lines / Cyber / PI / D&O classes
* In depth knowledge of ECF/CLASS/London market claims systems and processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Agility and aptitude to work in a fast evolving, regulated environment.
* Focussed on customer service and client relationships
