Job Advert: Class 1 and Class 2 HIAB Drivers Company: Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Location: Kent & South East Job Type: Temporary & Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are currently seeking Class 1 and Class 2 HIAB drivers of various experiences to join our team. As a HIAB driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB) to load and unload building materials, machinery, and other goods at various sites. If you feel you would be a suitable fit for this position the please do not hesitate in applying. Key Responsibilities: Delivering building materials to construction sites, businesses, and residential addresses Safely operating the HIAB crane to load and unload goods Ensuring timely and efficient deliveries Maintaining the vehicle and equipment in excellent condition Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 license with HIAB certification Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (HIAB experience preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Flexibility regarding working hours This role is being handled by Sam Hasler, Transport, Logistics & Distribution Specialist at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment
