Leigh Stationers Primary Academy has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our vibrant team, starting in March 2025.

Leigh Stationers’ Primary Academy is a one-form entry school which prides itself on its community atmosphere. We are very fortunate to have a building that provides us with a wonderful learning and working environment for children and staff alike. All of the staff at Eastcote are committed to ensuring that the school keeps its friendly, caring atmosphere whilst ensuring that children develop a broad range of life skills. We want all the children to become confident, independent learners who show respect for one another and can talk articulately about their feelings and ideas. We teach the National Curriculum using the IB Primary Years Programme, which is responsive to children’s interests and backgrounds. In addition to developing the basic skills of literacy and numeracy, children also learn scientific, technological, creative and thinking skills to help them prepare for life in the wider world and to be internationally minded. As of 1st September 2024, our Trust comprises 33 geographically organised academies (17 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating more than 24,000 students and employing 4,000 talented staff. Nearly 40% of our academies are judged outstanding overall by Ofsted, versus 15% nationally. The Trust is establishing three ‘clusters’ of academies: LAT West; LAT Central; LAT North. In addition, the Trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training organisations, a large teaching school hub and is an accredited apprenticeship provider.
