Our ideal candidates will: Have good organisational skills, patience, flexibility, creativity and an ability to build relationships with young people Have previous experience of working in a school Good communication skills You will have the opportunity to: Become part of a team of like-minded individuals Work with colleagues who are friendly, welcoming and committed to ensuring every student receives a first-rate teaching and learning experience Receive full support for training and professional development We are offering this post as five days per week, term-time only from 8.30am until 4.00pm paid at NJC Point 12 (£26,421 per annum, actual pro-rated salary £19,673 per annum). However, we are willing to consider flexibility around hours and days worked to
