The Role Provide high quality teaching and learning experiences to a class Maintain a stimulating, nurturing and safe learning environment where children are at the centre of everything you do Adapt teaching styles appropriately to students' individual needs and interests to foster effective learning experiences Work as part of a wider team dedicated to continually improving the school Be committed to upholding the positive ethos and core values of the school Have a high standard of English and Maths knowledge, as well as keen interest in other areas of the curriculum Requirements Qualified Teacher Status Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
