My client is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader with experience in Clean Room Production.
You must have Clean Room experience.
You will lead a team of 6 assembly/operator staff working in the company's state-of-the-art clean room. This will be a player-coach role where you will lead the team and be hands-on doing things like day-to-day problem-solving, setting up the equipment used in production and working closely with other teams and departments.
Clean Room Production Team Leader Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
Experience of clean room fabrication processes. Experience of working within a high-technology manufacturing environment. Experience of improving processes and implementation of continuous improvement. Ability to manipulate small/delicate optical components without damage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with a range of processing equipment. Work closely with the Operations Planner to ensure production schedules are implemented effectively and on time to the required quality standards. Organise the repair and routine maintenance of equipment and machinery used in the clean room.
