What the role involves

• Oversee full-cycle heat pump installation projects, managing monthly revenues of up to £500k.
• Supervise both internal engineers and subcontractor teams to ensure consistent quality and delivery standards.
• Champion a “right first time” approach, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Take full responsibility for project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Review comprehensive site surveys, ensuring accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Skills and requirements

• Qualified heating engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing & Heating).
• Demonstrated experience in the design and installation of heat pump systems.
• Strong project management expertise, with a track record of delivering projects of up to £500k per month.
• Experience overseeing both in-house teams and subcontractors.
