Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who is looking for a new challenge? Thorn Baker FM has an exciting opportunity; we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor based in Harrogate, HG1. The work location is based in central Harrogate for a nationally well-known retail company.
You will be based on the client's site and will report to the Manager. The site is in a retail environment with a team of Cleaning Operatives on site. We are a highly respected cleaning contractor that provides contract cleaning services for a wide range of clients across the UK.

Pay: £15.52 per hour
Must have experience as a Cleaner Supervisor
Your Role:
Support the Manager with client-based requirements, needs, and wants.
Good communication skills - fluent and clear English (understanding, listening, and speaking).
Implement all company policies and procedures.
Maintain, support, and adhere to cleaning standards.
Provide training, support, and interventions within the cleaning team.
Make decisions, both independently and with management. Delegate tasks within the team and complete audits.
Use cleaning floor machines and all other cleaning equipment.
About you:
Experience as a Cleaner Supervisor within soft services.
Use of initiative, organized, and proactive.
Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff.
Team player, reliable, and possess great communication skills.
