We are looking to recruit a full-time Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to cover two Social Housing contracts in the South London area.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8am - 4:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 11am - 7:30pm
40 hours per week
£30,000 per year
Core Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate cleaning and grounds maintenance operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
Effectively carry out site inspections using our in-house system and carry out quotes.
Ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites.
What are we looking for?
UK Manual Driving Licence.
Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
IT literate (use of tablet, smartphone apps).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
