About The Role

Working Days: Monday to Friday- 9 am to 5.50 pm

In this role, you will ensure that the contract operates within health and safety policies and procedures, adhering to COSHH and risk assessments. You will be the first point of contact for our client and OCS management, collaborating with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns. Your responsibilities will also include organising rotas, completing wage and other paperwork, assisting with training, and providing regular reports on operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the contract operates within H&S policies and procedures and in line with COSHH and risk assessments. Function as the first point of contact for our client and OCS management. Collaborate with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns. Organise rotas and complete wage and other paperwork and assist with training. Provide regular reporting on operational performance. The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK. An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. Experience in a similar role - BICS qualification preferred. Strong people management skills. Good diligence and high standard of work. Effective communication skills - essential for client liaison.
