Rewarded.What you’ll do:Supervise the cleaning team to ensure a spotless serviceCreate a welcoming environment, for our clients, colleagues and team membersComplete mandatory training with the teamHave an eye for detail across our corporate building's restrooms, kitchen areas, laboratories, gym, dining areas and office spacesKeep our teams safe, with control of safety, sanitation and training proceduresEscalate any maintenance or repair needs as requiredMonitor cleaning supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to uphold high cleaning standardsWhat you bring:Previous leadership experience is an asset, but a strong cleaning background and enthusiasm for progression is keyAbility to lead by example and communicate clearly with the teamA proactive attitude, willing to adapt to changing cleaning priorities and support the team as requiredWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
