You will:
Lead and manage a team of highly skilled and experienced insurance professionals including mentoring and quality management.
Manage client relationships including reporting, engagement, contractual obligations delivery, feedback and issues resolution.
Manage the financials for the state including revenue targets and expenses (P&L).
Identify and drive capability and continuous improvement with systems and processes to drive efficiency, performance and improved ways of working.

If your background includes:
Extensive people management experience in commercial insurance (ideally across claims, loss adjusting, building services or distribution).
Strong client/stakeholder management experience with demonstrated experience in relationship management.
Technical knowledge in commercial insurance including commercial property insurance.
