Clerk of Works focuses on provide independent site-based quality assurance across our projects.

What the role involves

• Provide independent site-based quality assurance across our projects.
• Ensure installations are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance.
• Supporting multiple projects across the full lifecycle, from construction through to handover and aftercare.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed inspection records and site reports.
• Work closely with project, commercial, and operational teams to drive quality standards Onsite.

Skills and requirements

• Witness testing and commissioning activities where required.
• Proven experience working on construction or M&E projects.
• CSCS card (essential).
• Experience using Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools is desirable.

Candidate fit

• Confident working independently Onsite and reporting findings.

Additional role context

• Act as an independent inspector of mechanical and electrical works across live projects.
• Strong background in Mechanical or Electrical building services (e.g. Electrician, Plumber, Supervisor, Site Manager).
• Work on technically interesting, high-impact projects.
