AdvertWe are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and highly organised Clerk to support our newly establishing school. Working closely with the Chair of the Local Governing Bodies, the main responsibility of the role is to prepare agendas, attend meetings in person and take and prepare minutes. You will organise the meetings, undertake the administration for the Local Governing Bodies and through your knowledge of governance good practice, you will advise and guide the Chair in their role.Induction training and ongoing advice and full support will be provided.The ideal candidate would have: Experience or relevant knowledge of working within school governanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident using a range of IT packagesCommitted to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people; willing to undergo Enhanced DBS Disclosure
