This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in learning, consulting, and all things psychology at work with the chance to play a core part in an ambitious team. Reporting to the Global CEO, you will be working closely with other sales, customer success (delivery), and psychologists (solution) roles. This role would suit someone looking to work with an agile, responsive team with the freedom to innovate and feel the impact of their contribution every day.
Although some of your work will be growth of existing accounts, this is primarily a new business role focused on onboarding and growing new B2B clients. You will have access to some opportunities through our marketing activities and events, but it will largely be down to you to make new connections, attend client meetings, influence strategic stakeholders, and onboard new clients.

Day to day activities will include:
- Build a community of prospective clients through self-driven lead generation.
- Secure meetings with potential clients via proactive outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events), including all levels of people/L&D/HR as well as senior leadership/executives.
- Meet with clients (face-to-face and virtual, UK and abroad) to understand their needs.
- Collaboratively co-design, pitch/present suggested solutions, working alongside consultants to broaden the scope of the solution.
- Proactively engage and influence multiple stakeholder relationships to move the deal through to close, overcoming objections and changes in needs.
- Negotiate contracts, including price, delivery schedules, and payment terms, sometimes navigating procurement and new supplier onboarding (with the help of the operations team).
- Oversee successful kick-off of programmes, working alongside consultants and the operations team to ensure above-average client satisfaction.
- Plan and lead the expansion/growth of client accounts, developing multiple opportunities within one client organization based on ongoing needs and requirements across the business.
- Proactively stay on top of industry business and people trends to engage senior audiences.
- Support marketing through social media engagement and suggestions for improved lead generation.
- Accurate recording and management of CRM data (HubSpot) reporting on sales against target regularly, including forecast and confidence levels of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Attend and contribute to internal team meetings to create a culture of learning and help the business continually improve, building strong relationships across all teams.
About you:
Knowledge (what you know):
- You have a track record of success with outbound sales strategies and onboarding new clients.
- You’re skilled at navigating complex B2B buying processes, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and working with procurement and finance teams.
- You understand the learning, people, culture, HR, and L&D industries—how they operate and what they buy.
- You are active and engaged with your target audience on LinkedIn.
- You have strong commercial awareness and can communicate effectively with senior executives as well as HR/L&D professionals.
- You’re experienced in using CRM platforms to manage leads, deals, and reports (HubSpot preferred, but not required).
