We are seeking an exceptional Client Account Manager to ensure our campaigns are conducted with the highest efficiency and effectiveness. This role demands a high degree of organisation, superb communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The successful candidate will be pivotal in successfully delivering projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to driving Rebel Lion Advertising towards excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management Execution: Lead and supervise various projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects align with objectives, creating and implementing strategies for success. Guarantee timely delivery of projects, maintaining budget discipline and exceeding performance standards. Utilise project management systems, including HubSpot & Trello, ensuring consistent and accurate updates to maintain data, updates, and task logs. Continually monitor, assess, and refine projects to improve outcomes and effectiveness. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring partnerships with clients. Consistently update internal stakeholders and clients on project status and developments. Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team. Communication and Coordination: Maintain high levels of communication with both clients and internal teams. Coordinate effectively between different departments to ensure seamless project execution. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle. Organisational Excellence: Exhibit exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple projects without compromising quality or efficiency. Implement best practices in project management, ensuring consistent success and client satisfaction. Industry Knowledge and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry tools and developments, adapting project management strategies accordingly. Ensure Rebel Lion remains at the forefront of effective Client Account Management practices. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in Client Account Management Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as HubSpot and Trello. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A minimum of 4 years of agency experience in a Client Account Manager/Executive role. What We Offer:
