Design and implement control frameworks and ensure compliance with internal audits. Continuously improve operational effectiveness and promote best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders. Oversee financial reporting, including VAT, reconciliations, service charge management, and statutory reporting. Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new business. Represent the organisation to enhance its reputation and drive client satisfaction. Key Requirements for the Role
ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Commercially astute and innovative, with a solutions-focused mindset
