Client Accounts Assistant


Stirling - Contract, Minimum 6 months

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a reputable, industry leading company, known for their innovation and professionalism.

My client is seeking an experienced Client Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for at least 6 months, to provide an outstanding accounting service.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Generating and distributing invoices
  • Documenting received income and generating reports on outstanding payments
  • Establish banking transactions with a consistent focus on precision and thoroughness
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Support with month-end reporting
  • To offer proactive administrative assistance to the wider team

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Excel with relevant knowledge and experience
  • Computer literate
  • Demonstrated organisational abilities with the capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks
  • To effectively comprehend, prioritise, and function within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • To ensure the utmost discretion and confidentiality when managing highly sensitive information
