Client Accounts Assistant
Stirling - Contract, Minimum 6 months
Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a reputable, industry leading company, known for their innovation and professionalism.
My client is seeking an experienced Client Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for at least 6 months, to provide an outstanding accounting service.
Key role responsibilities:
- Generating and distributing invoices
- Documenting received income and generating reports on outstanding payments
- Establish banking transactions with a consistent focus on precision and thoroughness
- Bank reconciliations
- Support with month-end reporting
- To offer proactive administrative assistance to the wider team
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Excel with relevant knowledge and experience
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated organisational abilities with the capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks
- To effectively comprehend, prioritise, and function within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- To ensure the utmost discretion and confidentiality when managing highly sensitive information
