This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The role: Client Administrator The Marsh Surety Practice is a market leading specialty business with more than 320 employees globally (11 in the UK with offices located in London and Haywards Heath). We service and handle all aspects of the Surety broking process for a wide range of large clients including but not limited to Construction, Energy, Defence, Transportation, Technology and Retail within the UK. This role would particularly suit someone with an aptitude for being highly organised with strong/varied administration skills. The successful candidate should have experience of working in an administration role and enjoy being part of a small team, with the willingness to support other team members as required. We will rely on you to: Review bonds wordings and provide clear verbal and written guidance to clients regarding the suitability of the bond wording submitted. Draft bond wordings and arrange for bonds to be executed by Surety and delivered to the client. Data entry into bespoke Surety database and Marsh accounting system to produce client invoices. Maintain, retrieve and update information held in both Surety database and Marsh accounting system. Sort accounting queries by liaising with team members, insurers and Marsh accounts department. Review outstanding client payments and where appropriate chase for payment. Process new and additional premium invoices. Obtain and review cancellation documentation from clients and process with relevant Surety. Production of monthly client reports in Excel. Collate information and assist the relevant Client Executive in preparing underwriting submissions, client reports and presentations. Ensure Bond facility records are kept up to date on the Surety database. Organise client and underwriting meetings as requested. Assist with general correspondence and administrative support including filing and file management. What you need to have: Strong communication skills including typing, writing, grammar, punctuation, and oral communication, speaking clearly and correctly on the telephone. Proven administrative and organisational skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication with an ability to build and sustain relationships with clients at a senior level. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Pro-active team player with desire to improve knowledge and contribute to positive team dynamic across the department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
