Job Description What will you be doing? We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Management team in London, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking to progress your career further into Investment Management, this opportunity provides a wider role providing support on 1-2-1 basis with an Investment Manager while handling further responsibilities within Wealth Management.  As a Portfolio/ Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners you will be supported to grow personally and professionally, you will have access to a structured training programme offering Training and Competency oversight to excel on your personal development.  This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week but initially through training and implementation this will be full time in the office. As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others: To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.  To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact. Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable. Assisting on processing deals with the supervision of the team  Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations  Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should Previous experience working within portfolio/ client administration  Experience of supporting Investment Managers/ Wealth Management team  Experience of processing deals/ bargains  Knowledge of Avaloq would be preferred  Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work. A strong ethic of client service.  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, influencing and organisational skills.
