Why Do We Want You? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Services Administrator to delight the customer with timely delivery of quality MS products. Specifically, supporting in the fulfilment of client product and services, and the production and delivery of other MS products. Please note:

Internally this role is referred to as Marketing Services Advisor. Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for: Handling design briefs from third party stakeholders for new and upgrading of existing client websites. Delighting the customer in all aspects of the production and delivery of all other MS products. Dealing with technical queries on websites. Liaising with the editorial team and Accsys to create a content wireframe, approved with the client. Supporting clients with website going live and queries. Post social media product posting, create the renewal on a spreadsheet, work with Social Pilot, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Ensuring products are exactly to the clients' specification. Excelling customer delight in the timely delivery of MS products. Support the delivery of the TaxApp. Ensure it is live, apply updates, ensure content pull-throughs. Run digital data for design team / Run suppress lists for marketing mailshot campaigns. Create HTML and plain text files for monthly products. What’s the Best Thing About This Role? You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal Marketing, Sales, and Design teams on products that you will be offering your clients. What’s the Most Challenging Thing About This Role? This is a busy and fast-paced role, and you will need to be highly organized and be able to prioritize with strong communication skills. You will be joining the team as they enter into a digital transformation as a new system will be introduced, which, in turn, will create new processes and ways of working for you to take onboard. What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to: Gain knowledge of the MS products and the delivery methodology. Gain knowledge of the input requirements to support excellent product production on time, every time. Demonstrate strong time management skills. Be able to competently use SalesForce for reporting to monitor the progress of products. Be resilient as this role requires a lot of back and forth for client renewal of their MS products. To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have: Experience in the accounting industry. Experience of providing customer service and building client relationships.
