Vacancy No: VN670 This role can be based out of either our Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London and typically a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required. The work pattern for this role is 9-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on Friday. The role As Client Analytics Lead you will be driving the client analytics strategy and delivery; partnering with the marketing department and wider business where necessary to advance our understanding of our clients and audience. Your role is key in driving an audience-first culture across the Digital & Marketing department, focused on developing and interpreting data sets to drive audience-first decision making & enable audience-first strategies that improve marketing efficiency and generate business value. You will work closely with the Marketing Analytics Lead as first points of call on client, audience & marketing performance. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement a Client Insight Strategy & Vision that supports Digital & Marketing and the wider business in understanding marketing impact and enabling data driven decisions that deliver business efficiency and growth. Design & implement a client measurement framework that defines KPIs & segments, identifying opportunities and driving performance. Identify key drivers of performance in relation to clients, their behaviour and their preferences. Develop our understanding of repeat, lapsed & new audiences through analysis & research. Understand our audience technological capability, working with stakeholders to maximise the right technology for the right use case. Implement a segmentation strategy that maximises message relevance for our target audiences: right message to the right client at the right time. Deliver insight that drives accurate understanding of client & audience and enables decisions amongst the Marketing Leadership team. Enable self-service reporting & analysis across the department. Partner with data driven roles to ensure insight is discoverable & leveraged. Act as owner of client analytical datasets, ensuring they meet the requirements as defined by department stakeholders and our measurement framework. Partner with the data team as client analytics lead for marketing data architecture and enablement projects, providing direction, definitions and governance. Work closely with your direct reports to understand their strengths and weaknesses & create individual development plans to guide their growth. About you You are a highly driven, results focused marketer with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices. Additional experience required: Previous experience in a marketing analytics role. A deep understanding of measurement practices. Marketing technology awareness. Significant usage of marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics). Advanced data visualisation techniques and knowledge of tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Exceptional problem solving skills. Strong communication skills. A keen eye for detail. A desire to learn, develop skills and challenge themselves & others. Highly organised & logical approach to managing workloads and deadlines. Excellent collaboration and team skills. Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
