We have an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Administration Assistant (Client Care Coordinator) to join our Medical Negligence team in Bishop's Stortford. You will also be required to travel and work from our Cambridge office. As part of the Medical Negligence support team at Tees, you will be working directly with our expert Lawyers and other professional staff. With your support colleagues, you will ensure exceptional and proactive support to Lawyers and an excellent service to our clients. This, alongside the prospect of developing your legal knowledge and administrative experience, offers an ideal opportunity to establish yourself within an exciting, progressive law firm with great career prospects. As a Client Care Coordinator, your role would include: Supporting the Client Care Leader/Manager in all aspects of the execution of their allocated solicitors' day-to-day workload by providing exceptional administrative support. Checking, amending, and formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team. Supporting the Client Care Leader in marketing activities including involvement in preparation of presentations and hosting of events/meetings. Research client information and other matters as directed by Client Care Leader/Manager or Solicitor.
