Client Data Manager The Client: Colgate Palmolive are one of WPP’s longest standing global clients having been with the group for close to 30 years. Their global business is organised across 5 Divisions – North America, LATAM, APAC, Europe (EU) and Africa Eurasia (AED) and they have an annual global media spend in excess of $1 billion. CP own some of the world’s best known brands including Colgate, Palmolive, Sanex, Ajax and Hill’s Pet Food. Our CP EMEA team looks after two of the five Divisions – EU and AED. Media spend is in excess of $200 million. We work closely with our colleagues in the WPP and GroupM Global CP team who set and manage global process and governance. The Team: We’re a team of around 75 people working to deliver media planning and buying to a consistently excellent level across 31 EMEA markets. The team is split between central leadership in London embedded within the Wavemaker agency, market leadership organised into 8 EMEA Hubs (5 in EU and 3 in AED), also embedded within Wavemaker and an offshore Activation team sitting within GroupM Poland. Together we seek to deliver a market leading approach for very engaged Division, Hub and local market clients. We are looking for someone to join our London-based central leadership team in the role of Client Data Manager. About the role: This role is critical to EMEA delivery of Global and Division process and governance. The Client Data Manager will organise and manage client media spend and digital performance data across a range of media (META, Google Platforms, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, DoubleVerify, MediaTools, CreativeX and Claravine etc.) and dashboarding (Datorama and Google Looker Studio) platforms to complete reports. The individual in this role will need to be comfortable working within a matrix organization, working directly into the EMEA Client Director whilst also connecting with our 8 x Hub teams, the Offshore Activation team and the EMEA Business Intelligence and Analytics Director. There will also be some direct client contact, primarily with central clients. In this role, you will: Data collection and management:

Gather, clean and organize large datasets from various media sources (social, programmatic, TV etc.) to ensure data quality and integrity. Some workstreams will involve collating and organizing data directly from GroupM Hubs. Providing data inputs for Governance workstreams:

completing Global and Division templates with relevant data, checking the data before sharing with EMEA clients / GroupM Global team. Supplying data inputs to third party partners:

collating and quality controlling data to send to Media Auditors, MMM providers, CreativeX etc. Maintain an ongoing library of latest EMEA media plans from GroupM Hub teams:

use this library as an information source to answer client questions / ad hoc requests. Own and manage EMEA tracker reports:

Liaise with GroupM Hub teams to regularly update central tracker reports e.g. Media Auditor recommendations implementation, bi-annual media cost tracker etc. Desired Skills: Advanced excel skills. Strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Ideally, previous experience in working within multi-market teams (not essential). Confidence and ability to take own initiative on workstreams.
