The role of the Client Executive is twofold: (1) develop your own sales pipeline, and (2) actively support MindGym’s Client Directors and other sales colleagues. You’ll be selling behavioral interventions that drive action in some of the largest companies in the world. You will identify new potential clients, lead smaller commercial opportunities, and work with our talented Client Directors to grow existing enterprise accounts. You will bring drive and tenacity in a high-performance culture. MindGym will provide you with training and development opportunities, including a competitive salary and commission plan. We're looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in a sales, marketing, consulting or similar role Background in social sciences or related subject preferable Client relationship building across all significant stakeholders Track record of bringing in revenue, both new business and account growth/renewal What you'll be doing Supporting your Client Director and Practice (40% of your time) Work alongside your Client Director to respond to client requests and develop opportunities in large multinational organisations (e.g. FTSE 350) Secure new meetings for your team Liaise with internal teams to turn around in-bound sales leads for your industry segment Account management follow-up, including seeking out new contacts within existing accounts to grow opportunities Drive utilisation of marketing resources to ensure growth of awareness of MindGym Generating and converting your own pipeline (60% of your time) Identify potential clients that have a business challenge that MindGym can help solve, and credibly represent MindGym’s point-of-view on important people challenges Support MindGym’s strategic growth by identifying clients that fit with MindGym’s new product launches Gathering all the information required for a successful client meeting, be those discovery and commercial or quarterly business reviews Build solution presentations and commercial proposals Utilise MindGym sales methodologies to qualify and prioritise your workload Ensure all information delivered is relevant, accurate and timely, both to your clients and internal stakeholders Utilise MindGym CRM, tools and framework to actively achieve your goals (SF, Gong, Cognism etc.) Key Skills and Attributes Resilient and willing to learn, grow and improve Looking to advance your career in a sales role within a high-growth organisation Goal-and action-orientated, with ability and desire to work towards KPIs and revenue targets within a meritocratic environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail A team player and team-spirited, but with an individual competitive edge Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage a busy schedule and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Flexible and excited by every day being different Benefits 25 days annual leave Private medical insurance Critical life insurance Income protection Pension (5% company contribution) Travel insurance Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Charity work (two days paid annually) Yoga, mindfulness and massages Unlimited mental health support, 24/7 unlimited remote GP Working at MindGym We want people to do their best work every day and that's why we ensure everyone at MindGym works in an environment that challenges them to be their best, while maintaining a strong sense of wellbeing.
