In this role, you will lead new client deployments, manage client change projects, and act as a subject matter expert on Medica services. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, from pre-sales discussions to post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities: Manage client deployments and change projects, ensuring timely delivery Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, supporting pre-deployment discussions Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates Optimise timelines, coordinate resources, and mitigate risks Support the resolution of technical incidents and manage client communications This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with mobilisations experience to make a tangible impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. Please note, you will need to live in a commutable distance of Hastings, East Sussex as initial training will be office-based.
