The client listening team brings our purpose to life by coordinating and executing one firm aligned client listening & feedback programs and projects. What you will bring to the role : Experience in driving behavioural and firmwide change Strong reporting and data analytics skills with focus on critical thinking and identification of tangible and actionable insights High level client service skills with an ability to engage in client conversations over the phone and face to face Can-do proactive attitude, looking for opportunities to go above and beyond for our external clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others Strong digital knowledge and skills across reporting & insights platforms, including Salesforce, Power BI Ability to build strong relationships across the firm, and influence Your impact will be demonstrated through : Supporting the execution of our Client Listening strategy by developing and managing one firm aligned client listening program approach, training and education with a focus on embedding practical behavioral change Embedding client listening and experience frameworks across the firm to drive client advocacy and improve client satisfaction Coordinating client conversations including arranging and supporting PDR conversations and providing quality notes recorded in Salesforce and deep dive on insight Reporting by tracking / measuring actual performance against expectations and compiling themes and meaningful insights for leadership Supporting the broader Client Listening team on projects that foster continuous improvement of the client experience Working across the Clients & Markets team, building strong relationships and leveraging key skills with other teams across the firm and working on wider projects as required Acting as the first contact point for the one firm aligned client listening queries and reporting requests More About You Experience in driving behavioural and firmwide change Can-do proactive attitude, looking for opportunities to go above and beyond for our external clients Ability to build strong relationships across the firm, and influence About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
