About the Responsibilities: Joining as Client Manager, you will be providing services to a portfolio of clients operating across various industries. This role will involve: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure the client experience is outstanding. Preparation and review of management accounts and management reporting for a portfolio of clients. Review of CIS for contractor and subcontractor processes. Self-Assessment preparation & submission for more complex clients. Undertake year-end review and preparation of workpapers. Maintain and review regular cashflow, budgeting and forecasts. Tax planning with clients. Review and perform the newly introduced mid-year review service. Developing and managing financial systems and identifying areas for improvement. Responding to finance-related queries and providing analysis and insights to clients. Offering guidance, support and training to junior team members. Review of junior members' performance via annual appraisals. You will be integral to the practice's continued expansion and will receive ongoing training by working closely with the senior management to help deliver the strategy.

They require someone who: Always adopts a positive mindset. Takes a commercial approach, keeping client's best interests at the forefront. Possesses excellent attention to detail. Capable of building strong relationships internally and externally. Adaptable and keeps on top of new technology advancing the industry. Innovative and willing to challenge the status quo. ACA/ACCA/AAT/ATT qualified with experience managing junior team members. Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance workloads to manage the needs of various clients. Experience with Xero accounting software is advantageous. The role will involve travel to several different client locations, so access to a vehicle is essential.
