To offer administrative assistance to all departments, ensuring a smooth client on-boarding process for new clients by delivering exceptional care and support right from the start of their journey. Monitoring the firm’s on-boarding system to ensure that new files are opened using the correct procedure. Interact with new clients to facilitate a smooth on boarding experience, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information. Dealing with compliance procedures including Solicitor Checks, ID Documents, evidence of funds, conflict checks and AML/KYC processes, using specialised software. Maintain clear and effective communication with teams and clients, keeping them informed about the on-boarding progress. Preparing client engagement letters and virtual files. Assisting with the post on a daily basis. Communicate with clients regarding matter related issues under the supervision of the fee earner. As requested by the Fee Earner produce work for clients to a standard that will maintain the Firm’s reputation. Salary and Benefits
