We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Coordinator to support us in our Practice Protection team in Taunton on a full-time basis. The aim of this role is to facilitate the onboarding of clients by being the main point of contact between them and our teams. You’ll be ensuring that: All onboarding procedures, including Know Your Client (KYC) and regulatory due diligence, have been properly carried out. All data for clients is complete and kept up to date. Overall, our clients are onboarded successfully and efficiently. This is a regulated area, so attention to detail is paramount. We’ll look to you to provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service to our clients and colleagues. You’ll get to work with a variety of people across AG, and of course our clients as well, so people skills and the ability to build relationships will be a big part of this role. What we need from you This role would be suited to someone with experience working in a regulated business (e.g., accounting practice, legal practice, bank) or someone with previous risk management experience. You will be someone with: Customer services or client-facing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, can-do attitude, and strong work ethic. The ability to build strong relationships with our teams across AG and our clients. Experience of liaising with all levels of stakeholders. A mindset of continuous improvement, to identify opportunities to optimise our procedures. High attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent prioritisation, work management, and organisation skills. Proficiency in IT software packages including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Desired (but not essential): Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding requirements. We understand that not everyone will come with these exact requirements.
