Client Order Management Specialist
to join one of their high-performing Retail Platform teams. This role will best suit candidates with experience in
Unit Trust Dealing, Client Order Management or Box Management. Working closely alongside the Platform Oversight Manager, the
Client Order Management Specialist
will take responsibility for the following duties: Supporting with the launch of a new product, focusing on the
manual processing
of deals and cash movements Instructing trades High volume
dealing , completed accurately and within set deadlines Supporting the automation and integration of processes and associated controls into the wider
Retail Operations, Dealing and Box Management
teams Managing the relationship with the Third Party provider Ensuring the compliance of
platform service provider
business activities; having
oversight
of their activities and making sure regulatory and policy guidelines are adhered to Proactively identifying and
remediating control gaps Designing controls to
mitigate risk and breaches Handling the
Dealing
mailbox Representing the
Retail Platform
team at internal and external meetings The
Client Order Management Specialist
will meet the following skill set: Proven experience of doing
manual dealing or manual processing Experience within a retail operations or platform environment Experience within
Dealing, Box Management or Client Order Management Strong eye for detail and prides themselves on working with accuracy Workflow analysis
